Terms and Conditions for Insurance

All policy put forth by Chartis in their capacity as the Insurance Provider apply, with no breaches or adaptations being supported by South African Airways, whether travelling Internationally or Domestic. It is the participant and winners responsibility to be aware and informed of all Chartis policy that pertains to them as the traveler. No correspondence regarding insurance claims and/or insurance related issues will be considered.

Terms and Conditions for Hotel

The Holiday Package once issued is non-refundable, non re-routable, non-endorsable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

The Hotel Package excludes:

• Hotel Porterage and Tipping
• Meals/Drinks not mentioned above
• Optional Sightseeing and Excursions
• All items of a Personal nature e.g. laundry, telephone calls etc

Terms and Condition for Avis Luxury Cars, Avis Point 2 Point and Avis Rent a Car

• Winner must be in possession of a valid driver's license.
• The luxury car is an Audi A3 convertible.
• Avis Rent a Car is a Group B vehicle
• The time, mileage, waiver, contract fee and one tank of fuel is complimentary.
• Winner must have a valid credit card for any extra's that are applicable including responsibility amounts in the event of an accident of theft.
• Prize is valid for 6 months from date of issue.
• Prize cannot be used over peak periods and is subject to availability.
• Avis Point 2 Point is subject to availability

Travel Documents and Visas.

A valid passport is required for all international and over-border travel, which must be valid for
at least 6 months after your return from overseas. In certain cases, foreign passport holders may
require re-entry or departure permits and you are advised to contact the relevant authorities to
check this prior to departure. Other documents that may be required for your journey are an
international drivers license, inoculation certificates and hotel, car and tour vouchers. Please
ensure that you check all of these prior to your departure.

Indemnity and Waiver

By entering, the participant agrees to the following:
South African Airways, Avis, Sun International, Travel Guard Chartis their directors, affiliates,
members, partners, employees, agents, consultants, suppliers, contractors and sponsors assume
no liability whatsoever for any direct or indirect loss or damage, howsoever arising from or as a
result of a participant's participation in the competition or for any loss or damage, howsoever
arising. Prior to awarding the prize, South African Airways and Avis may require the winner to sign such an indemnity and waiver of liability. If a winner cannot provide such indemnity, they will forfeit the prize and the prize will once again be distributed by a separate draw. The ineligible winner will have no claim against South African Airways, Avis, Sun International, Travel Guard Chartis and
Avis in this event.

South African Airways and Avis reserves the right at any time prior to final draw, to vary the nature
of the competition or the prizes or to vary these terms and conditions or to withdraw the competition.
In such event, all participants hereby waive any rights that they may have against South African Airways and Avis and hereby acknowledge that they will have no recourse or claim of any nature whatsoever against South African Airways and Avis, their directors, affiliates, members, partners, employees, sponsors, agents or consultants.

Any amended terms and conditions published in any media will form part of the terms and
conditions of the competition, to which terms entrants agree the competition is subject.
