The inaugural flight lifted off on Tuesday 31 January 2012 from Johannesburg. The flights are available for reservations in the global distribution system (GDS) and on flysaa.com
Flying Direct
SAA will operate the route three times a week as a non-stop flight, letting your clients avoid long stopovers and connections with a direct flying time of about 15 hours. The route will be served by the Airbus A340-600 aircraft, which have the capacity to operate the route directly all year round with no passenger payload restrictions.
